St. Catherine Elementary School West Dundee, Illinois   Staff Development Workshops - Format   This workshop is based upon the following points: Teachers are pragmatic! You must have a reason to use the technology; i.e. to meet your instructional and student needs. Challenging assignments raise ITBS scores. Curricula must drive technology; technology should not dictate curricula. Learning activities using technology have been developed by teachers in other schools. It may not be necessary to reinvent the wheel. Outcomes Participants will: participate in onsite training for technology/curriculum integration. will implement at least two activities that integrate technology into their classroom curriculum.
