District 101 (Illinois) Elementary School Web Sites. Find out what sites their teachers think are cool. Choose a grade and then the Hot Links. Wrentham Public Schools (Massachusetts) Student Page has resources for grades K-4. When at this site, go to the section Pick one to see internet sites. Then click on the subject you like. Some of the subjects are further subdivided by grade level, saving you a lot of time. Elementary Links K - 6 from Oswego (NY) City Schools. Berit's Best Sites - This is a directory of safe, recommended Web sites for children up to age 12. Kid Stuff from Kathy Schrock has activities and resources for students K-8. Online Activities from Scholastic.com has learning activities for your class. ABC Teach has math and reading activities and much more. Holidays and Crafts is a site that provides activities for holidays. Puzzlemaker from allows you to make and print out word searches, crosswords, math squares and others. Certificate Creator allows you to make and print certificates. Journal Entries is a site that gives your students creative writing prompts. Kid Info Activity Page has many activities and resources for your students. Mrs. Wilt's Bookbag has classroom management ideas, lessons, songs, writing prompts and much more. ProTeacher has resources and lessons plans for K-6. Mr. Donn's U.S. History and Geography Lesson Plans & Activities and World History and Geography Lesson Plans & Activities (K-8) are extensive lists of units and lesson plans maintained by Lin and Don Donn. L2K Helpful Things For Primary Teachers by LuAnn Lawhon has ideas for math, science, computers, art and language arts. It also has suggestions on how to plan and the nuts and bolts of using centers with you students. Quick and Easy Science has experiments and demonstrations that teach concepts and cost little using common everyday resources and equipment.
